1. Publisher and use of the website

These pages are published by OZUME & POPPI LTDA under the trade name Alumi-Vidros, a glass retail business at the Brazilian address in the company details. Visitors can read enquiry guidance and inspect original schematic material studies without registering or paying. These website terms concern that public introduction and local draft tool. They are not a product purchase agreement, a site survey or an authorisation to fabricate. A real request requires confirmation of the specification, availability and contracting responsibilities before any order is accepted.

2. Information and its limits

The descriptions introduce questions about glass supply, processing and fulfilment. They do not certify that every finish, dimension or service is available. Intended use, supports, safety requirements, thickness and edge treatment can affect the appropriate specification. A transparent appearance on screen does not establish the product needed for an actual application. Installation, transport or fitting is included only if specifically confirmed in an accepted scope. The website cannot validate a building design or substitute for an appropriate technical assessment where one is required.

3. Examples and illustrations

The clear, textured and reflective panel drawings are original illustrative studies. They are neither photographs of completed work nor a live stock catalogue. No product model, safety classification, manufacturer partnership or installed project is evidenced by them. Their role is to help explain visual qualities and the questions needed before specifying glass. Keep that schematic context if referring to the images. A finished-looking panel drawing should not be interpreted as an offer to supply that exact item, a certified technical sheet or proof of available inventory.

4. Enquiries do not send automatically

The website validates your name, reply email and message before preparing a draft. It displays the draft locally and offers an optional mailto link to [email protected]. No website submission, email delivery, booking, payment or reservation occurs when you press Prepare email draft. If you choose to open an email application, review its recipient, subject and body before deciding whether to send. The publisher cannot confirm receipt from the screen. Keep another appropriate route in mind if a matter is time sensitive.

5. Agreeing a project or service

Before accepting a glass order, confirm the application, exact specification, dimensions, quantity and any processing. State who verifies final measurements and suitability, and clarify collection, delivery or fitting responsibilities. Price, taxes, charges, timing and any supplier conditions need agreement for the actual request. The website takes no payment and makes no instant reservation. Approximate enquiry dimensions are not final production instructions, and an interest selector is not an accepted order. A quotation discussion should resolve these uncertainties rather than silently passing them to manufacture.

6. Materials and permissions

Only supply materials you have a right to share for the proposed purpose. Explain ownership, licence limits, confidentiality needs and any restrictions on distribution before work begins. Initial enquiry text should remain brief and should not contain third-party private records, account credentials or unrestricted system access. Permission to discuss a project is not automatically permission to publish the material, include it in a public portfolio or sublicense it. Responsibility for checking supplied facts, obtaining necessary permissions and approving the final content must be assigned in the engagement.

7. Reviews, changes and acceptance

An accepted order needs a clear approval point for final measurements and processing details. Changes after cutting or another irreversible step may be materially different from changes during an initial enquiry. Ask who checks tolerances, holes, cut-outs, edge treatment and the agreed specification. Any correction or changed request must be considered against the actual approved record. This site does not promise unlimited alteration or accept responsibility for every later adaptation by another party. Keep express confirmations rather than relying on a rough measurement typed into an early draft.

8. Fees, purchases and third-party costs

No fee, stock price or paid subscription is quoted on this website. There is no shopping cart and no mechanism to collect a card number or payment credential. Any future price must be confirmed for the actual scope, currency, taxes and any applicable third-party cost before acceptance. A service provider, printer, installer, email company or software subscription is not automatically included in a quote merely because it may be relevant to the work. Do not make a payment to an address copied from an unverified message.

9. Use of authored material

The website’s original diagrams and explanatory text may be viewed to understand the enquiry process. They do not confer ownership of artwork, certify a fabricated item or grant permission to reuse a third party’s building drawing. Ensure you have authority to share project material and explain any restriction before providing it. Actual product documents and supplier information, if relevant, have their own provenance and conditions. The included typeface licence governs the local font file only; it does not define safety requirements, product warranties or the scope of a later glass order.

10. Appropriate conduct and external services

Do not misuse the site to send threats, malicious code, bulk unsolicited messages or material you cannot lawfully share. The pages do not provide secure document storage or an emergency response channel. Your browser, network and email application operate under their own settings and terms; the publisher does not control whether they retain drafts or open a particular mail handler. A local diagram or concept does not certify compatibility with every browser, device, production process or external platform. Agree technical requirements relevant to the actual deliverable.

11. Corrections, disputes and mandatory rights

If you notice incorrect information or have a concern about a received service, describe the specific page or agreement and the correction or resolution requested. The published contact is [email protected]; opening a draft alone is not confirmation of receipt. These website terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, data rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about a commissioned service must also be considered against the actual accepted scope and applicable law. Changes to website wording do not silently rewrite a previously accepted agreement.
